If you find that your product does not meet your needs or expectations, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. Please ensure that the item you are exchanging is in the condition you received it, unused and with all original packaging intact. Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Please match the color of your hair with our clip-in hair extensions BEFORE removing the ties on the hair extensions. Do this by fanning out the hair extensions to make them thinner, and blend them throughout your natural hair. Hair extensions will blend much better when they are put in and integrated with natural hair.
